Shipping
- Decorate on Demand items will have a production time of 12-15 business days. Please note, weekends are not considered business days.
- Inventoried items typically ship within 48-72 hours after order is placed, unless the order also includes a Decorate on Demand item.
- No partial shipments. Orders will ship when ALL items in the order are ready.
Decorate on Demand (DoD) versus Inventoried Items
Decorate On Demand (DoD):
- These items are not kept in inventory and are picked and decorated after an order is placed. This allows us to offer more items and options on the website, however, they take longer to fulfill. These items will have a note at the bottom of the product page indicating that they are Decorate on Demand.
Inventoried Items:
- These items are pre-decorated and stored in our vendor’s warehouse. If these items are in stock, they are readily available and will be shipped within 48-72 hours unless combined with a decorate on demand item.
Returns Policy
- Items on this site are custom and non-returnable unless an item received is damaged or the incorrect size/color.
- If you received a damaged, or inaccurate, item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with next steps.
